Properties: This product is a dry mixed scenic agent.
Indications: Amoxicilin is indicated for the following infections counted by sensitive bacteria (non-lactamase producing strains).
1. Streptococcus haemolyticus, pneumonia Streptococcus, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and other upper respiratory tract infections.
2. genitourinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli, Streptococcus oxytoca or Enterococcus faecalis.
3. Soft tissue infections of the skin caused by Streptococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus or Escherichia coli.
4. Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis and pneumonia caused by Streptococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae.
5. Acute simple gonorrhoea.
Amoxiccillin can also be used in combination with clathrin and lansoprazole to eradicate Helicobacter pylori from the stomach and duodenum and reduce the recurrence rate of gastrointestinal ulcer.
7. This product is a sugar-free (sucrose, glucose) formula, especially suitable for children.
Dosage: Take orally. The absorption of this product in the gastrointestinal tract is not affected by food, so it can be taken on an empty stomach or after a meal, and can be taken with milk and other foods.
Children should take 6.7~13.3mg/kg at a time according to body weight, once every 8 hours or as directed by the doctor.
For adults with general infection, 500mg once every 6 to 8 hours.
In severe cases, increase to 1000mg once, once every 6-8 hours or as directed by physician.
Adverse reactions:
1. Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and pseudomembranous enteritis.
2. Allergic reactions such as rash, drug fever and asthma.
3. Blue blood, thrombocytopenia, eosinophilia, etc.
4. Serum aminotransferase may be mildly increased.
5. Secondary infections caused by Candida or drug-resistant bacteria.
6. Occasional central nervous system symptoms such as excitement, anxiety, insomnia, head volume and abnormal behaviour.
