Indications
For all types of malaria, but mainly for anti-chloroquine falciparum treatment and emergency treatment of fatal falciparum malaria.

Dosage
1. For adults, the first dose of 160mg should be administered intramuscularly and the second dose of 80mg should be administered once daily for 5 days.

2. For children, inject intramuscularly with 3.2mg/kg of body weight for the first dose and 1.6mg/kg of body weight for the second to fifth day, once daily.

Adverse reactions
The reaction is mild, with mild elevation of portal aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in individual patients and possible transient decrease in reticulocytes.

Caution
This product may be used after dissolution at a slight temperature if it coagulates in the presence of cold.

Pregnant women and nursing mothers Use with caution in pregnancy.
