Indication

Generic Name: Diclofenac Potassium Granules
Ingredient:Diclofenac potassium.

Indications:This product is indicated for the short-term treatment of the following acute pain:
(1) post-traumatic pain and inflammation, foot sprains, muscle strains, etc.
(2) Post-operative pain and inflammation, such as after dental or orthopedic surgery, etc.
(3) Gynecological pain and inflammation, such as primary dysmenorrhea or adnexitis
(4) Pain caused by spinal syndrome.
(5) Non-articular rheumatic diseases.
(6) Severe infectious pain and inflammation of the ear, nose and throat (such as tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, etc.), anti-infective drugs should be used at the same time.

Dosage:Take orally, before meals.
Adults: 100-150mg (4-6 capsules) a day; 75-100mg (3-4 capsules) a day for milder symptoms, divided into 2-3 doses.
For primary dysmenorrhea, the general dose is 50-150mg (2-6 capsules) a day, which can be increased to the maximum dose of 200mg (8 capsules) a day depending on the condition, or as prescribed by the doctor.

Adverse reactions:
(1) Gastrointestinal reactions: the most common adverse reactions, seen in about 10% of people taking the drug, mainly stomach discomfort, burning sensation, acid reflux, nausea, etc., can disappear after stopping the drug or symptomatic treatment. A few of them may develop ulcers, bleeding and perforation;
(2) Neurological manifestations include headache, vertigo, drowsiness, excitement, etc;
(3) cause swelling, oliguria, electrolyte disorders and other adverse reactions, mild cases can disappear after discontinuation of the drug and corresponding treatment; (4) other rare serum transaminases transient elevation, rare jaundice, rash, arrhythmia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc., can be restored after discontinuation of the drug.

Contraindications:1. Contraindicated in patients with asthma, urticaria or other allergic reactions to this product or other NSAIDs.
2. Contraindicated in patients with peptic ulcers.
